As the New Year begins, I cannot help but think of the great developments that will occur for all North Penn alumni in 2013. Over the past few months, the North Penn School District Board of School Directors made it a goal to strengthen the district’s ties to its graduates. With this endeavor, the Office of School and Community Engagement reorganized to include a position that would be responsible for alumni development.

During my first few months on the job, I have had the chance to meet with alumni and administrators to discuss the development of an alumni association. In the next month, a planning committee will be created to outline and organize the association. In this process, I am asking for your help! If you are interested in serving on a committee, helping to plan a reunion or wanting an update on the happenings in the district, please contact me.

I look forward to meeting my fellow Knights and Maidens as we work together in a common goal of supporting NPHS and each other.

Sincerely,

Madeline Bergman, Class of 2005
